I'm Lea, and I love to help people live a more healthy lifestyle. I have been practicing yoga around the world for 12 years and have had a lifelong passion for health. After graduating with my degree in sports science and multiple dietitian certifications, it was a natural progression for me to start FlowingRoots Yoga & Health Coaching Studio!

I believe that everyone has their own individual journey when it comes to finding what works best for them. My goal is to enable you on your path by providing education, inspiration, motivation, support, and guidance through all stages of life; whether you are just getting started or looking at ways to take your practice deeper.
