I remember the first time I felt truly transformed. It was a few years ago, and it started from my yoga practice. I have been practicing for 12 years since traveling to India when I was 20 years old. After graduating with my degree in sports science from Boston University, I went on to receive multiple dietitian certifications and teach yoga around the world. Now living back home in Buffalo, NY, after many years of teaching internationally on retreats and workshops (as well as running Flowing Roots Yoga Studio) - it feels like everything has come full circle!
One day while practicing at home on my own mat, something changed inside me that would forever change how I look at life. And I want you to have that as well, this incredibly liberating and blissful feeling.

Welcome, I'm so glad you're here. I'm Lea, and my teaching style is holistic. I take a strength-based approach to alignment, and pay close attention to the mind-body connection; taking into account your physicality, emotions, attitudes and spirituality in my teachings. Together we will work on building long-term sustainable habits that you can maintain for life!
I provide online yoga classes for different ages and body journeys (including pregnant mamas!) because I know how hard it is to find that time to simply start and build a habit of practice.
My health coaching services are centered on helping you identify what's holding you back from your natural potential, so we can work together to take care of it! I offer group or one-on-one sessions for specialized needs including: weight loss, fertility/pregnancy support, anxiety relief & more.
